Objectives for conducting Activity
  • To emphasise the principle that education should be work centred.
  • To develop students’ creative faculties and diverse abilities.
  • To train students in specific vocational skills to make them self-reliant.
Methodology The students were oriented in all 4 different SUPW activities and were asked to choose any one. With special training and inputs from concern teachers, students prepared five articles in their selected activity.
Outcome The students participated in vocational activities outside the class room, which enabled them to understand scientific principles and processes involved in different types of work. It also built in the proud feeling for India’s Rich Culture.
